每個水晶療程約60-90分鐘，視乎個案狀態而定。療程上會用到水晶、水晶頌缽、花草香氣等，並進行業力重整。如果有礦物或花草過敏或對人生特別在意的事情敬請在預約備註中告訴泓臻。

另外希望的預約時間也請在備註中進訴泓臻，泓臻將於個案完成付款後為個案確定時間。

由於第一次進行水晶療癒比較費時及各位素材，故此完成第一次最辛苦的準備後，往後的療程將分別以6～8折計算。
